Steve Jones

A former photojournalist, I have been shooting pictures for as long as I can remember. My photos have appeared in several publications, including Rolling Stone, Entertainment Weekly, The Kansas City Star, Detroit Free Press, St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Ann Arbor News, Knoxville Journal, Observer & Eccentric Newspapers, AP member newspapers and Metro Pulse. In recent years, I have spent time on projects of special interest, including documentary work and animal portraits. I am particularly proud of a photo story I did about an animal shelter in Tennessee and volunteer portrait work to raise money for Good Mews, a cat shelter in Atlanta. From backyards to stadiums, from playgrounds to presidential campaigns, there is magic to be found everywhere. My passion is finding and preserving those moments.
